We offer customized coaching and training services for all levels of fitness training, whether you’re new to exercise or you’re a fitness pro looking to unleash your full potential

Health and Wellness Program

Exercising regularly, every day if possible, is the single most important thing you can do for your health. In the short term, exercise helps to control appetite, boost mood, and improve sleep. In the long term, it reduces the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, dementia, depression, and many cancers.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend the following: For adults of all ages

  • At least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise like brisk walking or 75 minutes of rigorous exercise like running (or an equivalent mix of both) every week. It’s fine to break up exercise into smaller sessions as long as each one lasts at least 10 minutes.

  • Strength-training that works all major muscle groups—legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and arms—at least two days a week. Strength training may involve lifting weights, using resistance bands, or exercises like push-ups and sit-ups, in which your body weight furnishes the resistance

For children: At least 60 minutes of physical activity a day, most of which should be devoted to aerobic exercise. Children should do vigorous exercise and strength training, such as push-ups or gymnastics, on at least three days

Athletic Programming

For the youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes interested in taking their talents to the next level, House of Power offers on-field speed & agility, strength, and power fundamentals training. On-field training develops sprint mechanics, multi-directional speed, agility, quickness, explosiveness, and power. Weight room and strength training is designed for each individual athlete based on the specifics of their sport. Athletes training under our program are challenged in every session to take their skill set to the next level.

Bodybuilding Program

House of Powers Bodybuilding ​regimen​t has exercises designed to ​enhance​ the ​human body’s muscular​ development and makes sure you prepair yourself to get on stage. As a competitive activity, House of power aims to display bodybuilding in an artistic fashion, pronouncing ​muscle mass, symmetry, and definition for overall ​aesthetic​ effect. Barbells, dumbbells, and other resistance training​ methods will be used in the exercises.
  • Program (12 month, 6 month / 18-12 weeks out, 8 weeks): $150

  • Check-Ins: $20-$40 (additional)
  • Nutrition: $50 (additional)

Powerlifting/Olympic lifting Program

House of power will take in the time you are competing and optimize that time to have you peak on competition day. We will use different methods from several resources to make sure that you reach your output in strength without ever being at risk of injury.
  • Program (12 weeks, 8 weeks, 6 weeks): $150
  • Movement video
  • Check-Ins Main compound lift
  • Nutrition Program: $50 (additional)

Strongman Programming

House of power will take in the time you are competing and optimize that time to have you peak on competition day. We will use different methods from several resources to make sure that you reach your output in strength without ever being at risk of injury.

    • Minimum requirement - Must be doing a show or 3 month commitment
